Workflows Rz3 includes several 'Workflows', distinct steps and processes that accomplish the basic tasks of purchasing and sales in different ways.  The correct Rz3 workflow to use depends on many factors, including whether your company assigns salespeople by company or contact, whether different salespeople handle OEM and distributor sales, and whether or not your salespeople source their own requirements.  We are always available to discuss your company's specific structure, and advise you on which of the Rz3 workflows is appropriate for your organization.
	Configuration Rz3 includes a wide variety of configurable formats and templates.  Configuring printed invoices, emailed purchase orders, column arrangements, and custom reports can be done by anyone, but in many cases Recognin technicians can perform these operations with the speed and efficiently that's required.  We offer configuration services on an hourly basis covering all of the configurable aspects of the Rz3 system.
